Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not totally obsessed with your Layla Land purchase, return it for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Store credit never expires. We do not offer refunds. Store credit only. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We can modify it if needed if it hasn’t been processed yet, but it cannot be cancelled nor refunded.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom orders are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached and in its original packaging, including all items you got as a gift, if applicable.

Layla Land does not currently offer any price adjustments.

To complete your return, we require an official Cancellation/Return/Exchange request to be sent to laylalandstore@gmail.com. All returns or exchanges need to be approved before mailing them back.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval.

- You may return ordered items for exchange or store credit in original conditions with all tags within 14 days upon receipt.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.
- Please send us the tracking number of the returned item. We cannot accept your Return or Exchange Request without the tracking number.
- After we have inspected your returned package and if all the requirements are met you would be getting the store credit immediately.
- Please be advise 30% restocking fee for returned items will be applied if the item does not meet “original condition” requirements.

- Please be advised that the Shipping Cost is Non-Refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.

Final Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Shipping
You'll be provided with the address the item should be mailed to.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
